Dear Guest, please be aware to adhere to internal rule of the ZOLO STAR Hotel. You should adhere to following regulations as follows:
1. The guests shall leave her/his ID or passport with the reception desk then shall enter to the room. 2. You can demand service staff for neat cleaning of the room you stay. 3. You have to choose your room carefully. Even if you have to leave the room for any reason, you are expected to make full payment of the room. 4. The hotel assumes the period of overnight as to be from 14 p.m. to 12 p.m. of next day for a day of stay. Therefore, be aware to pay additionally if you overstay. If you have overstayed, you have to pay 10USD for each hour that exceeds. 5. Please note that you are expected to pay additional payment if you cause any damage to inventories of the room and or make bedclothes and other bedding too dirty. 6.
