Decent Hotel, Decent Location
This is a simple, decent hotel within walking distance of the capital building and primary city center. Staff were a little weak on English, but very, very helpful. Room was a little "dated" or "tired", but had all the basics and was reasonably clean. Good breakfast, 5 USD transfer from train station, no currency exchange, no elevator, no A/C (probably never needed), drains were slow from foreigners thinking that toilet paper goes in the toilet (it doesn't). If you're meeting mates, or traveling with a companion, this is a fine place. If your company is footing the bill, or you cannot navigate stairs easily, look elsewhere.
