Dornod province received 5400 local tourists and 1100 foreign tourists in 2009. Tourists can choose from 5 Dornod hotels which are Chadanguud hotel, Ikh Ursgal hotel, Kherlen hotel, Olikhon hotel and Bolor hotel in the center of Choibalsan city. These hotels Dornod have 7-54 rooms and 9-76 beds. Choibalsan hotels room types are standard, semi deluxe and deluxe. Normally deluxe and semi deluxe rooms are more suitable for tourists, because have Karaoke, fitness, tennis, shower, bathroom, fridge, jug kettle and cable TV inside of room. The biggest hotel Kherlen and Chadanguud hotel, Olikhon hotel are more suitable for tourists to stay there. Hotels have restaurants which mainly offer Mongolian and European dishes, sometimes Chinese food.
The Chadanguud hotel is located in the center of Choibalsan city. It is in the north of Youth and Children center and left side of local Government building. It is clean and comfortable small hotel which has 13 rooms. There are deluxe and semi deluxe rooms with 1-3 beds in each room. Facilities are cable TV, parking place, billiard, IDD phone and Conference hall. The restaurant has 60 seats and serve by Mongolian and European dishes
